Pokemon Platinum HELP! What do i do from here?

so i know i have to finish the pokedex i have ALMOST finished it! i have beat Elite four i caught the three legendary pokemon if you could PLEASE tell me where do i find Pokemon numbers: 71(Gengar), 135, 139, 151, 152, 159(Gardevoir), 162(Lickylicky i think), 170(glaceon). if you could tell me where i'm supposed to find these i'll give ya best answer.
