Account hacked? on w101 :(?

hi when i was loging into my account 5 min ago it says error110: it appears that you have enterd an invalid user name or password. but i had the right pass and user right down on a piece of paper on my desk. has someone hacked my account? my password was really long. can someone help? i dont want to lose all of my legendary characters. thank you
