How should I address the receiver in job application email?

I'm applying for a job via email and have my resume attached. I was wondering how I should address the person receiving the email, possibly the interviewer? For example all the information the person left was: Jane Smith, js@js.com. Should I start the email with "Hello Jane", or "Hello Ms. Smith" (but what if it's a "Mrs"?), or "To Whom It May Concern", or something else? Thanks!
