In MTG, what happens when I play a Grasp of Darkness on top of an attacking Razia, Boros Archangel?

Your opponent's Razia will be killed before it can deal any damage because as soon as a creature's toughness has dropped to 0 or below, it is removed form the battlefield and is put in the graveyard, unless another affect is triggered.
