My Nipple Hurts Really Bad Please Help?

My nipple hurts really bad like i cant stand any type of touching in the nipple, like my bra, and shirt bug, Or if i touch my nipple it starts to hurt really bad, i got no other symptoms my breast and nipple look just fine, its just pain
