Okay so when to text this guy?

so last night i was out at the club and hes cute tall light skinned and he asked me to dance i said no :) then he asked my sister later... she went theeen he still kept eye balling me so he asked me again ..so i went.. and we were talking you know whatever.. anyways then he asked for my number so i said ummm how about you give me yours and ILL text or call you..so he was like ??? ok?? so he did then he told me twice after words but text me okayy i said yeah whatever. Then turns out him and 2 of his homeboys are really cool with my brother so they all went over to keep drinking and chillen to my brothers house lol? i stayed the night at my brothers btw but i just went straight to my room and knocked out.. anyways so i havent text or call today so its been one day.. when should i text?? i mean its whatever but im not the clingy type so yeah..what do yall think? he was cute js
